Tired of procrastinating? Feel like you can’t focus for long periods of time?

Many people struggling with procrastination have proclaimed the benefits of a 30-30 Work-Play cycle. It’s simple: work for 30 minutes, then relax for the next 30. Repeat.

The 30-30 Work Timer is a simple app that counts down in 30 minute cycles – one cycle for work and one cycle for play. Simply tap the main button once to begin the first 30 minute work cycle. After 30 minutes have elapsed, your iPhone will vibrate, signifying the end of the work cycle. Tap the main button again to begin the 30 minute break cycle. Your iPhone will vibrate again once this cycle finishes. You may repeat these cycles as many times as you require.
