The Deck of Cards Workout works by assigning an exercise to a specific suit in the deck and the number of repetitions you perform is based on the card number of that suit you are on. The benefits of using this system is that every workout is truly unique and by the end of the workout you’ve performed over 400 reps!

Beginning Decks
Red/Black Workout – This deck is designed for beginners or those new to circuit-type training. It can be used as a great warm-up routine for those intermediate & advanced fitness enthusiasts. Remember: Focus on form, speed will come with time.

Intermediate Decks
Platform Workout – This workout is used in conjunction with a sturdy platform measuring at least 18″-24″ in height. This workout focuses mainly on lower-body strength, as well as balance, core strength, and cardio conditioning.

Plyometrics Workout – This workout requires no additional equipment. This workout develops quick, explosive strength great for both competitive and recreational sports.

Pull-up Bar Workout – This workout requires access to a pull-up bar. This workout will give your upper body and core an explosive blast, while performing a callisthenic exercise to keep your body metabolic throughout the entire workout.

Stability Bar Workout – This work out is designed to be used in conjunction with a stability ball. This workout can also be adapted towards a beginner simply by substituting plain push-ups for the push up-knee tuck.
