PinPoint is the simplest way to send your friends or colleges the a map of your current location from your iPhone.
PinPoint finds your current location. It display the address as text and as placemark on a mini map. Within seconds you can send the address, a Google map link and a image of the map via email. PinPoint does all this for you!
Some examples where PinPoint can be useful:
– Here is the meeting!
I can send colleges my current address to meet them there.
– Here is the party!
I am already at the party and can send the address to friends to join me.
– I was here!
I can send the address information to myself to mark a place for later reference.
– I want to go there!
I can show the cab driver a older PinPoint email with the address and map of the place where I want to go.
So far it was not possible to send the current location as address and map in a nice format via email. PinPoint closes this gap!
