Using Pushme.to you can send a quick message to anyone with iPhone using a simple webpage, and read your inbox online if you want to.
Sending is free and does not require registration, there are no charges per message, and they are delivered on-screen using Push Notifications.
There’s no user list, you can have the pushme:// links in your address book directly, there’s no logging in/out – just send a quick message from the web and have it delivered in seconds.
